Postal Service Priority Mail® products and First-Class® packages may temporarily require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The USPS has made this effective April 17, 2020.

First-Class Package Service & Priority Mail's two-day and three-day service commitments will be extended to three days and four days, respectively.





We offer everyday FREE Standard Shipping via USPS on all U.S. orders over $25.00 before tax including U.S. Territories. Most orders ship within two business days. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information and estimated delivery date. Isabella Cosmetics is not responsible for any lost orders, damaged items, or missing items when shipping by USPS.

Domestic orders can take 2-3 business days to process and make take up to 5-7 business days to reach you depending on location.

If an order is sent back to Isabella Cosmetics because the customer was not home and the post office left a noticed and the customer did not reply back to the Post Office in time, the customer will receive a refund for the product(s) but the shipping fees will not be refund. If the purchased had free shipping the shipping cost will be deducted from the amount paid by the customer and the rest will be refunded. 

If the customer wants the product(s) to be sent back, the customer will need to make a new purchase in our website.

We ship to lots of places around the world – just select your country at checkout. Please note that there are a few restricted products, and select locations may receive shipments in 7-14 days.

While beauty has no borders, International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. When ordering from, the recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for any of these import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Isabella Cosmetics does not collect duties and taxes, and as smart as we are, we can not predict what your particular charges may be.
